 Salsa Lady Styling
 6 Weeks Course
Choreography Class In this course you will learn several shines and amazing body motions which will be integrated to a choreography made for 1 song. If you wish, you can also perform this routine with Hege at "The 6th Annual Norwegian Salsa Congress" on the 21st of June. There will be additional rehearsals on the last 3 Mondays before the Congress, from 21-22:00.
Ladies who break On1 & On2 are welcome, as moves can be used for both styles. The class does not demand that you know salsa, as all the moves are choreographed. Come ready to be challenged to execute the moves you always dreamed of!
Date & Price:
Mondays, 20-21:00, starting 5th of May.
Kr. 700,- (punch card 6 times), or any other SalsaSite punch card.
If you wish to try the 1st class, drop in fee is Kr. 150,-

Releasekonsert på Hovedøya
 Lørdag 3. mai
Det er ikke ofte det gis ut kubansk musikk i Norge, men i disse dager slippes plata "Que viva Noruega". Hovedøen Soc. Cl. består av en gruppe norske og internasjonale toppmusikere.
Konserten avholdes på Revierhavna Kro på Hovedøya. Båt går fra Vippetangen til Hovedøya. Billettsalg i porten til båthavna 20:00-21:00. Konserten begynner 21:00 og koster kun kr. 150,- inkl. den nye CD'en "Que viva Noruega".
Sverre Indris Joner er en av Norges ypperste innen salsa og tango, og funderte over hvordan norske schlagere og hits opp igjennom historien ville fungere i et lydbilde med opprinnelse fjernt fra Norge, både i tid og sted - nærmere bestemt i en musikalsk innpakking fra 50-tallets Havanna. Funderingene resulterte i Hovedøen Soc. Cl. - en sofistikert, men dog ganske freidig, sekstett.

Om Hege!
Hege begynte å danse salsa ON2 i 2006 da hun flyttet til Singapore for å studere moderne dans og klassisk ballett. Etter ett år ble hun invitert til å trene og opptre med danskompaniet "Salseros with Attitude" samt undervise eksotisk dans ved denne ledende salsaskolen i Singapore, Attitude D. Studios. Hun bestod i 2007 en lærer-trening for å bli Forrest Yoga-instruktør i Hong Kong.
